The Selves Group have been providing debt and risk money to the property sector both residential and commercial since 1978. We have seen and survived all of the downs and have helped many of our clients do the same.
We are not in the business of one off deals, but of creating ongoing relationships with our clients which help them develop their business. We do not ”package products” but work with our clients to achieve what they actually need to help develop their business. We have been known to suggest to clients that a given deal should not be done; we do not want to earn a fee today for the sake of it but want to help our clients develop an ongoing profitable and sustainable business. We’ve not always been popular for suggesting clients should walk away from some deals but post 1984, 1989 and 2008 many said thank you!
Because we are not touting packages but are part of our clients’ financial team we are not listing masses of things we can do for you. If you email [email protected] with an outline of your development, investment or general funding requirement, a CV and a short numerical appraisal we will see what can be done to help you. Our sources are both institutional and private, UK and overseas and we are here to get you the best possible source of funding, long or short term, including bridgeovers and development or investment funding for your projects.
