Returning on 6th March 2019 with his London Press Club hat on to their old haunt of the St Bride Foundation, where the London Press Club had its offices for 10 years, the LPC “in conversation with” series continued with David, who is Deputy Chairman, in conversation with Parag Khanna, which was sponsored by BDO.
With questions still waiting from the floor, David called the educational and enlightening evening to an end after an hour and half, with the audience wanting to carry on, but the food was ready and some of it was hot! A sweeping in depth look at both history and the future based on Parag’s book, The future is Asian. Parag said he dealt in fact and only fact and as member of the audience put it, David, “got a great deal from him”.

Parag has been an adviser to the US Government and has served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a senior geopolitical adviser.

A widely cited global intellectual, Parag Khanna provides regular commentaries for international media and is currently a CNN Global Contributor and a contributing editor to WorldPost. He also serves on the editorial board of Global Policy and as a consultant to the National Geographic series Origins. Watch the video here
