In the 45 years that David Selves has been involved with arranging business finance much has changed. But his philosophy hasn’t. He still believes that the most important issue is helping a client establish and or develop a good profitable business and of doing business with clients again and again.
The market is far more sophisticated today than in the past but the principles that underpin good business have not changed. The unpleasant reality for some entrepreneurs and business owners is that their project is not as viable to the independent eye as it is to them, however much they believe in it or however hard they are prepared to work. But, sometimes a tweaking of the project can change that and we are here not only to provide funding where possible but to help ensure that a client has every opportunity of using the funding to achieve success, both financially and in terms of personal satisfaction.
There have never been as many sources of business development finance available or as much funding available as there is now. Good projects and sound businesses have nothing to fear from the economic problems post 2008 and one of the best times to start or expand a business can be as an economy moves out of recession.
